Iraq: States that the U.S. enter too few troops into Iraq initially and with the wrong strategy. He is for an American reputation of power; if we are going to fight, we have to win.

Political Policy: Mr. Thompson believes that our government is outdated and wasteful. He plans to attract the best Americans to work for the government while making sure that they are given the ability to complete their plans and are rewarded for their work. He also plans to adjust government accounting so that tax dollars can be spent more effectively and that all Americans are able to track what they are being spent on. Fred also wants to make it so that government agencies must reach their goals on time and within their budget.

Same-sex Marriage: Mr. Thompson opposes same-sex marriage and although he personally opposed civil unions, he believes the issue should be left up to the states.

Abortion: Fred opposes abortion rights and Roe vs. Wade entirely.

Immigration: Thompson supports expanding a visa program for skilled workers and extending a path towards citizenship for some illegal immigrants. He also supports strengthening the enforcement of current immigration laws.

Things to Consider: Is it in our best interests to put another actor in office? How can a man chose what is right for a woman's body? Why is he so scary looking?
